This modality of healing is a powerful way to access, release and remove old trauma patterns and repressed emotions that are stuck inside of the body and are creating negative thought loops, habits and subconscious ways of thinking, being and believing that are keeping you from actualizing your true potential.

Throughout the session I will energetically be connecting to your energy body and channeling through any angels, ancestors, spirit guides, or light beings that are available to assist in the healing and clearing of the energy we are working with. 

We may access past memories or past lives that are related to the current state of your energetic body that will assist us in understanding what direction to move in for deep integration of the healing process.

You will receive 30 minutes of intuitive integration guidance as well as a detailed blueprint with a summary of our session, what we assessed and cleared, and steps you can take to deepen the healing process.

Somatic Energy Healing Sessions

Energy is held in the cells, muscles, tissues and DNA of our body.

It causes an effect on everything from our internal chemical make-up to our moods to our perception of reality.

To put it plainly EVERYTHING is energy and energy causes an effect on EVERYTHING.

In these 90 minute Somatic Energy Healing Sessions you will have an opportunity to explore the inner energetic make up of your subconscious mind and body. Over the course of 90 minutes you will be guided through your breath into a deep state of meditation. From here I will go in to energetically assess your entire auric body from root to crown.

We will work with a combination of deep meditation, breath work, sub-conscious coaching, guided somatic movement and channeled energy healing to intuitively bring to the surface anything that is ready to be seen, felt, and cleared from your energy body.
